After 30 years in Media and Marketing Strategy, I am really starting to get the hang of it. I am passionate about using what I have learned in over two decades in media to help brands exceed their goals. I love nothing more than collaborating with brands and other agency partners to create something bigger than any of us could have devised on our own. A frustrated Creative Director at heart, my work at Empower is focused on breaking the plane of traditional media for brands who understand the necessity of emotionally resonant, differentiated storytelling. We have to be fearless to make this happen. I love nothing more than creating constraints and then working within them to develop wholly new ideas that live at the confluence of media and message. Dedicated to the power of the Personal Brand, I also love mentoring those who seek a clearer way to express their passions as the path to career growth. Convinced that everyone has a story to tell, I coax stories out of people and guide them in communicating them as simple narratives that inspire action. I thrive in collaborative, supportive environments that reward risk-taking, self-awareness, and facilitated ideation.
